    Group therapy or group psychotherapy is the same as individual psychotherapy, with the difference that in this method, the psychologist deals with a group or several people instead of focusing on one person and his problems. Each member raises their problems in the group. They also hear the feedback and problems of other members and express their opinions, feelings and thoughts about them. As a result of these interactions, the members of the group help each other in the process of making changes, and the psychologist, as a facilitator and neutral member, guides the group in the right direction until each member’s insight into their problem is reached.
